Breakfast Casserole

A delicious and easy breakfast to make in advance and microwave in the morning!

Recipe adapted from


1 package reduced fat Pillsbury crescent rolls
1 pound low fat sausage, browned & drained
6 large eggs, beaten
2 cups low fat shredded cheddar cheese


Preheat your oven to 350.
Spray a 9×13 in. pan and spray it with Pam.
Roll out crescent rolls to fit the bottom of the pan.
Top with an even layer of sausage.
Then add beaten eggs.
Finally, top with shredded cheese.
Bake for 30 mins.
Cut into 12 squares.
