4 small Roma tomatoes
1 pound fresh mozzarella cheese
Balsamic Vinagrette (white or black)
Salt and pepper
Slice all tomatoes into 1/4 in. thick slices.
Slice mozzarella in the same thickness.
Layer mozzarella, tomato, and basil on a dish.
Just before serving, sprinkle with salt oil and vinegar, and pepper
