Thank you to everyone who voted in my very first lexbake poll! Peanut Butter Pie Shooter won so here is the recipe!!
I used 8 small champagne glasses and it made just enough.
1 cup creamy peanut butter
8 oz. cream cheese
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup whipped cream
16 Oreos, crushed
In a large bowl cream together peanut butter and cream cheese.
Add condensed milk and vanilla and mix.
Add the powdered sugar and mix to combine.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Cover the mixture and let sit in the refrigerator over night (or at least a few hours.)
After mixture has been refrigerated, fill each glass with 1 tablespoon of crushed Oreos.
Fill a large ziploc bag with peanut butter mixture, squeeze it all into a corner and snip a corner of the ziploc bag off.
Pipe peanut butter mixture on top of the crushed Oreos about half way up the glass. Add another teaspoon off Oreos, pipe more peanut butter mixture and finish with a teaspoon of Oreos.
Keep filled glasses in the fridge until ready to serve.
